League Changes
The Dayton Dragons moved from Rockford and changed nicknames

Dayton:Fifth Third Field built
Kane County: added 1544 new seats
Burlington and South Bend; ballparks both had significant work on the playing field

Dayton's home opener was delayd to accomodate construction problems. The resulting schedule adjustments resulted in 71 schedules home dates in Dayton and 69 in Clinton
