Centralia copped it's second triumph of the season Friday night by whitewashing the Stags at Belleville, 2 to 0 before a small crowd of 300 fans.

The Stags outhit the Cubs 10 to four, but Centralia Pitcher Joe Kunzl was invincible whenever Belleville had any players in scoring position. The Stags left 16 men on base.

The Cubs first run came in the second inning on a walk, and error, another base on balls, and an infield grounder. The other score was made in the sixth inning on a single, and error and another single.
