After nearly two decades leading MWL’s Chicago based office and 44 years in architectural practice, Dean Roberts retired in August 2024. Dean wishes to express his gratitude for the opportunities he had to work with fine clients, superb associate firms, and the entire McClaren, Wilson & Lawrie team. As for MWL, we appreciated Dean’s thoughtful approach to all his projects. He brought a fresh perspective to his work, viewing challenges as opportunities. His ability to create innovative and responsive architecture consistently delivered functionally effective design and legacy architecture. Dean’s projects enable first responders to perform at their best. His efforts consistently exceeded community goals. For him that was a privilege and an honor.
